Protocol (For Reference Only)

Important: Protect fluorescent conjugate from light. Centrifuge briefly before opening. Optimal dilution should be determined empirically for each application.

1. Immunofluorescence (IF): Fix and permeabilize samples according to standard protocols. Block with appropriate blocking buffer. Incubate with mouse primary antibody. Wash and incubate with Dylight 488-conjugated secondary antibody at 1:100 to 1:500 dilution for 1 hour at room temperature in the dark. Wash and mount with anti-fade medium.
